I booked this place so my family could come to Newcastle for my graduation. It turned into a total nightmare, nothing like a dream stay. There was no hot water or internet for the whole time they were there. In the freezing weather, they couldn’t shower for three days. A lamp and heater in one of the rooms didn’t work either. The host was very hard to reach, never answering calls or replying to messages. On the last day, we realised the building’s entrance lock wasn’t working, so anyone could get in. The worst part is that the host never fixed the hot water or internet, yet was still renting out the flat to others. We saw people checking into the same flat as we left. Avoid this at all costs or you may regret it your whole life. Booking this “dream” apartment for my parents was the cruelest thing I’ve done to them.

Omg, avoid this place. Dirty, dirty, dirty. Broken beds, grimy off-white sheets, handprints on the walls, dirty carpet and shower. Disgusting accommodation, not worth the money at all. You’re literally risking your health by staying here. The one positive is that it’s in the city centre. But it’s fly city.

The location is first class, and that’s what earns the one star. Get the apartment ready for guests, with hot water available, and remove the early check-in charge. Then we can talk about cleanliness.

Horrific, avoid at all costs. The room smelled of sick, and my daughter stepped on a screw left on the floor. We had to force our way in because the phone number, email, and voicemail all went unanswered when we needed the access code. They also have my lost property and aren’t returning it. There’s been no communication. PLEASE AVOID.

Had a lovely weekend away staying with dream. Check-in was easy, and we could get settled almost as soon as we arrived. Reliable accommodation and a great place. I’ll be back soon!
