Kensington House Aparthotel

The kitchen and living area gave us plenty of room, and the beds were comfortable. Everything was clean, and the location made it easy to walk to the metro and some great restaurants. We only had one bowl, plate and mug, which was the main drawback. Otherwise, it was perfect.

The beds were really comfortable, the apartments were lovely, and public transport was right outside. The location was great, but the facilities let it down. There was no WiFi, and when we called about it, we were told to go to another block to reset the router. Parking also feels overpriced. Even after paying, if you drive out, there's no guarantee of a space when you return.

The apartments were quiet at night, clean throughout, and stayed at a comfortable temperature. Our large group had plenty of room in the living areas, and we found the electronic keys easier to manage than physical ones once we got used to them. It was about a 20-minute walk into town, or a 10-minute metro ride. We could have done with more crockery and utensils, and more of the free parking spaces would have helped. The hotel does give details of cheap parking nearby. For the price, it was a great stay.

The owners were very responsive over email, and the price was great for such clean, modern accommodation. Metro and buses are right nearby, with shops and places to eat only a few yards away. There were quite a few marks on the sitting room and hall walls, and the WiFi kept cutting out. YouTube on the TV struggled even to load thumbnails, let alone videos. Still, only minor niggles for the price. Highly recommend.
