The dinner and breakfast deal was worth taking. I had a lovely mixed grill in the evening, then the light breakfast of fruit, yoghurt and cereal. Parking is easy and plentiful, and it's an ideal base for city centre visits, with everything along the Quayside of Newcastle within walking distance. The room was as expected for Premier Inn, with a comfy bed and Silent Night mattress. Check-in at reception and check-out were both easy. The staff on each shift were friendly, helpful, attentive and professional. I'd definitely stay again.

I've stayed at a fair few Premier Inns, and these are the best staff I've come across. They simply can't do enough to help. The location is great for central Newcastle, and the rooms are what you'd expect from a Premier Inn.

The staff were warm and friendly, and breakfast was lovely. I slept really well too, the beds are so comfortable, and I liked that you need a card to get into the block. Arriving, parking and paying were all easy, even though I got there a little early. That's been my experience with Premier Inn every time.

The staff made this Premier Inn stand out. Everyone was fantastic and so smiley, even on New Year's Eve when we stayed. It's a handy base for exploring Newcastle, with only a short walk into town, though most of it is uphill. I'm too tight to take taxis anyway! 😃

The restaurant and bar were nice, and the hotel itself was a standard Premier Inn. It's a little out of the way at the edge of the centre, about a 15-minute walk, and there's not much of a view. Still, if you'd rather save money than stay right in the city centre, it's a good option. Everything else was good and I'd stay again. 👍
