Horrible company. The fridge didn’t work for weeks, and there were problems with the showers too. Communication was awful, with blame constantly pushed onto other people. At the end of the day, it’s their responsibility. Avoid unless you love pain.
The little touches in the decor made it feel like a home away from home, and every room has an en-suite, something I didn’t see in the other accommodation I looked at. The building is brand new and about a two-minute walk from town and uni, which saved me money on travel. One of the best student accommodations I’ve seen. I’d highly recommend it to anyone wanting to study or live in Newcastle.
Great location, with a lovely light and airy building. I was only a 10-minute walk from work and had everything I needed right on my doorstep. I’d recommend it to anyone after quality accommodation in the city centre.
