We were right by the water at the bottom of the main street, with a restaurant next door and a hotel and bar on the other side. There was also a wee Spar on the back streets nearby. I stayed here in July 2024 with my elderly parents, and it worked really well. We asked for the ground-floor flat because of their creaky knees, and our blue badge meant we could use the disabled parking space by the door. Tanya gave us a warm welcome, with wine and scones, and the instructions beforehand were clear. It’s an older building with a quirky layout, but the funky decor gives it character. Immaculate, well equipped, and the beds were really comfortable. I'd definitely recommend it.

The apartment is spacious and very clean, with a lot of care put into how everything is presented. The sea views are fantastic, and the location is handy for bars and restaurants. They’ve paid great attention to details for a comfortable stay. The bed linen and towels were very nice, and the WiFi was good. Excellent value too, and I’d absolutely recommend it.

The location and views were lovely, and the apartment had a funky feel. We were welcomed with lovely wheaten bread and scones. But the listing wasn't clear: there was no parking, it was on the first floor, and there were lots of steps inside, which didn't suit my elderly mother. The courtyard was only reached from the street behind, not through the property, so it wasn't practical for us to use.

We rented the sky & forest and can't wait to try the ocean apartment. The decor is beautiful, with all sorts of personal, quirky touches. It was spotless, and the bedding and towels were so comfortable. Buns, wine and fresh flowers greeted us, and toiletries were provided, more than you'd even get in a hotel. The bathrooms and shower were beautiful, and the place had everything from a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen to an ironing board, clothes horse and plenty of storage. 10/10 on every level, just beautiful.
