Cheryl was a great help when I booked several rooms for my daughter’s wedding nearby. She helped me choose rooms and gave us great prices. When we arrived, we were welcomed promptly and courteously. The rooms were impeccably clean, warm and relaxing, and every staff member was helpful and polite, making the stay as relaxed as possible. The hotel is handy for local restaurants, all within walking distance, even for my 86-year-old mother on a cold night. I highly recommend it if you’re visiting Newmarket, and I’ll happily return when I’m in the area.

The Heath Court is one of my preferred places to stay when I come to town, mainly because it’s right in the centre. I’ve been back many times over 10+ years, and the staff are always welcoming and friendly. They’ve helped with early check-in when available and later check-outs, and nothing ever seems like a bother. The reception team are especially friendly. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and I love the big baths! 🛁

Had a gorgeous meal here last night. It was quiet, but just right, and the food was lovely. Such a chilled, hidden little hideaway. I’ve also been for the carvery a couple of times, and it’s the best. Amazing, unpretentious service. Thank you, see you soon. Xxxx

I came for the Henry Cecil Open weekend. The Saturday price was exorbitant, so I stayed elsewhere that night, but Sunday was reasonable. The room was amazing, the bed comfortable, and breakfast hot and plentiful. The lounge has lovely decor and is comfortable. Sara looked after us at the bar as usual, always chatty and good fun.
