Mike and Judy were incredibly friendly and helpful. An hour before checkout, my suitcase zipper completely broke, and they took time away from preparing breakfast to find tape and help us make a temporary fix. The bag made it home to NH, thank you! This was our last stop on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path walk and our absolute favourite. The room was incredibly clean, comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed for our two-night stay. Breakfast was top notch, with fresh fruit, yogurt and a cooked meal of your choice. Guests could use the beautiful garden, and the inn was perfectly located near shops and restaurants. We’d certainly return if we’re in Newport, Pembrokeshire again.

The prices are more than reasonable, and the beds were great. Everything was clean, well maintained and beautifully appointed, in a good location. The service was super friendly and customer oriented. A memorable stay for all the right reasons, highly recommend, a true five star.

We forgot a pair of headphones, and Mike promptly posted them to us in Germany. The hosts, Mike and Judi, were warm, and the breakfast was outstanding. We especially recommend the Glamorgan sausages. We had a fantastic stay and felt comfortable from the first greeting. We recommend Cnapan Guest House to anyone visiting the region.

Cnapan is a bit of a local legend, with very hospitable hosts and immaculate rooms and garden. The bedroom was gorgeous, looking up to Garn Ingli, and homely pubs and Newport Parrog were just a walk away. A wonderful place! Thank you!

We keep coming back to Cnapan. Our first visit was about a year ago, and we've stayed three more times since. Mike, Judy and Oliver make it feel like home, and they're quick to go out of their way when you need help. The rooms are thoughtfully equipped, with the most comfortable bed and bedding I've had away from home. Breakfast is simply the best, and the location makes it easy to walk to the local pubs and restaurants and back afterwards. We'll be back again, of course.
