The breakfast was a treat, cooked to order instead of the usual buffet. We had a two-night stay, with a great room and lovely beach views, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. There is no lift, so accessibility is an issue, and the only restaurant service is breakfast. I'd definitely recommend it.

Porth beach is just a five-minute walk from the Villa along a short path, and the views from the other side of the beach are stunning. We stayed three nights self-catering and loved Porth Veor Manor. The town centre is about a 25-minute walk along the path beside the sea. There are five beaches, and surfing is best with lifeguards on the beach. Every beach was worth visiting. The morning and evening receptionists were kind and friendly, though at checkout the staff member didn't smile or say goodbye. Maybe he was having a bad day. There's a book in the room with suggested places and discounts, so have a look. Malcolm Bakery is a three-minute drive from the Villa and shouldn't be missed. In town, Turkish Grill was one of the best value-for-money meals we had. Mains are about £18, but the portions are large, and they give you complimentary salad, two sides of hummus and a big basket of soft naans. We also went to Eden Project on a rainy day. It was a 40-60 minute drive and well worth it. Thanks for everything, we'll be back soon.

The apartment felt lovely and homely, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great too. We've had such a lovely stay and are already planning our next holiday.

We came for a family holiday with three other adults and one child. Porth beach and the lovely Gwenna Teahouse are both so close, and the apartment is spacious and clean, with the essentials like towels and cutlery. The pool was a bonus, my son jumped in just ten minutes after we arrived. It was a really lovely, quiet stay. The staff were friendly and lovely, as were the other families on holiday. I'd definitely recommend it and come again.

We've stayed in No.4 Villa outside of the pool area three times now. The rooms are spacious with nice decor, and the kitchen is well equipped, including a dishwasher and large freezer. The small pool is warm and usually quiet, and the nearest beach is only two minutes away. For us, the one improvement would be a king-size bed in at least one of the three bedrooms.
