Brian and Julie made us feel welcome throughout our six day holiday last week, and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and lovely, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast has to be the best in Newquay, and Brian went out of his way to make us a cooked vegan breakfast each day. We especially liked that he remembered every guest's name and made everyone feel special. We'll be back. Lesley and Leanne x

We spent a week here on a family holiday and can't wait to come back. It's spotlessly clean, has beautiful views and a wonderful breakfast, and is close to everything. The welcoming, friendly hosts make it feel like a home away from home. I'd recommend it for children, with one thing to bear in mind: it's a family business, so kids should be respectful in the shared areas and take their shoes off before going up the spotless carpeted stairs. That's just my own opinion, not a rule from the hosts. Thanks, Brian and Julie, you're amazing!

We were two 17 year old girls and thought the stay was brilliant. The rooms were very clean and tidy, and the atmosphere was nice, especially at breakfast. The food tasted excellent, there was a good choice of cereals, and Brian was happy to cook or make whatever we asked for. Nothing was too much trouble. I'll definitely stay there again when I'm back in Newquay, couldn't recommend it enough.

We had a last minute one night stay, and Brian was so friendly and keen to get us whatever we needed to enjoy it. Julie made a great breakfast, and the views from the common area windows were brilliant. The location is excellent and, above all, it was great value for money. We'll definitely return, hopefully for a longer, more relaxed stay next time.
