The cooked breakfast was the best we’ve had anywhere we’ve stayed. Linda and Peter made us feel at home, and the annexe had everything we needed: a comfy bed, bath and shower with plenty of hot water. I loved the lounge with its sofa and TV, plus the little fridge stocked with fresh milk. The big china cups and crystal wine glasses felt like an extra treat. There’s also a lovely private outdoor seating spot, so we’re hoping to return in summer. A great base for exploring the Northumberland coast. We had two wonderful days at Pinetree Lodge.

We had a beautiful annexe, and breakfast was served in a separate private room. Linda and Peter were so attentive, and the breakfast was delicious. Outstanding accommodation. Thank you both, we’d highly recommend it.

Breakfast was really good, and we stayed in a luxurious room with gorgeous decorations. The owners gave us outstanding service. It’s easy to understand the high rating, and we’d definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone.
