We had a lovely stay. The owner was friendly, funny, and helpful the whole time, and even offered to make us breakfast after breakfast service had ended. We'd definitely come back 🙂

My booking through booking.com was apparently cancelled by the owner when I arrived, and he said his operational disruption meant I couldn't get a refund. It felt like a total scam. The taxi driver also said the hotel was dodgy and had a bad reputation in Norwich. Be careful about booking here.

I was shown into a chaotic living room and told to sit on the sofa, where I ate a Swanson TV Dinner. When I asked to use the restroom, Mrs Orlando was in the shower. They then invited me for dessert and led me toward a bedroom. I ran!

The Indian food I tried was packed with authentic flavor and tasted really good. A great choice if you're after Indian food in Norwich, and I'd happily recommend it.

The meal wasn't as good as what I've had at other las iguanas restaurants. The service, though, was excellent, with friendly, efficient staff, and it's a useful spot in this busy part of London. The service charge is already on the bill, where it belongs.
