Riverside Apartments

The little kitchenette was useful for reheating a simple meal, with a microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. There's also a larger shared kitchen downstairs with an oven and hob. The apartment was fairly clean, though the decor felt tired and the bed wasn't very comfortable. For a budget stay in central Norwich, the location is ideal: by the river and about a 10 minute walk to the Lanes area, making it easy to explore the city. I'd stay again, but for a special occasion I'd probably choose one of the more exclusive places in the city centre.

I recommend the hotel for its location and value. The customer service team especially impressed me. I once had to cancel at the last minute for a personal reason, and although the hotel wasn't legally required to refund me, the team kindly considered my case and I got my money back.

For a couple of days in norwich, this is a good place to stay. It's only minutes from the train station and an easy walk to shops and sights. The price was good, and the beds were comfortable. The accommodation was clean and tidy, though I wouldn't call it deluxe or superior.

The heater couldn't keep us warm during a very cold weekend, and there was a lot of mold in the shower, along with rusty bathroom handles. It could be okay with some cleaning and work. The city centre is very close.
