The carpet was stained, and there was no sofa bed even though I’d explicitly told them there would be two guests. The bathroom taps worked badly. There was no microwave, despite the website saying there was one, and the chimney kept dropping debris onto the living room floor. The insulation was simply stuffed up the chimney. A cleaner came once and didn’t clean it.

Great location and just right for what we needed. The host was helpful, and the apartment was wonderful.
