The bungalow is a poorly equipped 1920s place that’s up for sale or redevelopment. Its location in the upmarket area of Lady Bay, West Bridgford is ideal, with a cafe/bar and Co-op nearby. There were no instructions for anything, from the door locks and heating to the kitchen appliances. I reported a bathroom plumbing issue on Saturday morning, but nothing was done, so we sorted it ourselves.
