The staff were lovely, and the room was comfortable with everything we needed. There was an unpleasant smell in the corridor leading to the room, though we didn’t notice it inside. We had a pleasant stay and would come back.

We’ve stayed here before, and breakfast has always been good. This time it was awful. The sausages were tiny and unpleasantly grainy, the bacon had been under a heat lamp so long it was like cardboard, and the eggs were rubbery from sitting under a lamp too. £10.99 is a lot for food that poor. The room itself was very comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and helpful.

The receptionist was quick to sort out a problem with my second-night booking, and I appreciated how helpful she was even though I didn't get her name. My room was clean and comfortable, so it was a pleasant stay. I did have to go downstairs to collect an iron and board and carry them back up, though having them in the room would be easier. The shower pressure could use some work too.

We had such a good time here. The bar restaurant was the highlight, with really delicious food and lovely servers. I'd absolutely recommend visiting soon.

The breakfast setup was cramped, and the coffee machine was broken, so I ended up with a cup of Nescafé original instant. The rooms felt very worn out too. Poor buy Premier standards.
