The student community at Clarendon Street feels friendly, so it’s easy to meet people and settle in. My room is comfortable and laid out well for both studying and relaxing, and the recent refurbishment has brought a lot of the facilities up to date. For the quality and the location, the rent seems very reasonable. The staff are professional, helpful, and quick to respond. I’ve really enjoyed living here, and it feels like good value for students in Nottingham.

Minki at reception is the best part for me. She’s always kind, helpful, and easy to chat with, and she makes staying here a lot more fun. The stay itself was pretty good too. (^z^)-☆

Bella, Caroline and minki have all been so helpful. They’re amazing as receptionists and student warden, all three of them!

They took my £100 deposit and confirmed the booking, then told me soon after that my room had been released. That’s ridiculous. When I got in touch with customer service, I was told they wouldn’t help or compensate me. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend this place. They seem greedy, irresponsible, and completely lacking in empathy.
