Bruno went above and beyond when I accidentally left my wallet in the room, arranging a smooth DHL collection. That kindness summed up the hotel's excellent service. At check-in, the welcoming staff gave us detailed information on parking, breakfast and checkout, and the process was quick and easy. They also paid attention to our comfort, especially the room heating, which mattered to my wife. Our room exceeded expectations, with a large comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and big Samsung TV. It was spacious, nicely appointed and great value for the price. The lobby and bar had a lively feel. We had an outstanding stay at Hampton by Hilton Nuneaton and felt we got more than our money's worth.

The staff are what make this place. Anna, Bev, Chloe and Bruno are the ones I've met so far, and they've been so kind, helpful and human. They go out of their way for you and work incredibly hard. They deserve a big bonus or something. Thanks for making my very long stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel is modern and really clean, with spacious enough rooms, great housekeeping and a consistently good breakfast. The gym is great too, and it's close enough for a short cab ride to Coventry or a train to Brum.

Bruno, Lauren and Vincent were AMAZING, and Bruno's warmth, helpfulness and genuine care were the highlight of an already lovely stay. Hampton by Hilton Nuneaton is the hotel I've been looking for, one that really delivers. The breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel, with an impressive selection, nicely presented and served with real care and attention.

First time staying here, but I'll definitely come again when I'm in the area. The hotel is right on the edge of town, with plenty of local shops and supermarkets within a five-minute walk. Coventry is an 18-minute drive away. The town centre is busy, clean and being developed, with no empty shops. It doesn't have the run-down feel you see in some other parts of the country, and is a nice place to visit and stay. The reception is open 24 hours, and a key card gets you in at night and gives access to the lifts and rooms. Rooms are very clean, with a large shower, safe, tea and coffee, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, plus a large TV. There are plenty of bedside sockets, including USB and C charging. The breakfast lounge is modern and clean, and there's a gym.

The location was handy for transport links and nearby amenities, and breakfast had a good range of fresh, tasty choices. Hampton by Hilton Nuneaton was modern, clean and well maintained, with a comfortable, welcoming feel. My room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable, ideal for a relaxing stay. Staff were friendly, professional and always willing to help, and the service throughout was excellent. Check-in and checkout were quick and smooth, with everything well organised. It was great value, and I'd happily stay again. Highly recommended.
