The lounge and restaurant have marvellous views, and we had a great time. Our two-night room was nicely decorated, as was the bathroom. Staff were a delight, so friendly and helpful. There was plenty to choose from at breakfast, all cooked fresh, and a big shout-out to the chefs. We enjoyed the restaurant and its great food. Hope to come back.

The seafront right outside is jaw-dropping, and the short walk up the promenade from town is worth it. Inside, No. 17 is richly decorated, from the lobby through the lush rooms to the dining spaces, with sparkling clean windows. The staff were warm and genuine, and kept in touch by email as well as helping on site. Food felt carefully made, and the cocktails were creative and delicious. Breakfast was generous, with lovely choices to start the day. Dinner felt upscale without being stuffy. I'll definitely stay again when I'm in Scotland.

My mom and I had a lovely two-night stay. The view from the restaurant and our room was gorgeous, and town was just a short walk away. The hotel felt peaceful, clean, and relaxing. Everyone on staff was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We had dinner there on our first night, and it was delicious. Breakfast was amazing too, especially the French toast. We absolutely loved staying at no. 17 and would highly recommend it.

The staff were friendly and the service deserves praise. Breakfast was very good, with reasonable portions, but you have to order it the day before since it's not a buffet. I can't comment on dinner because we ate elsewhere, and Oban has plenty of good places to choose from. The location is perfect, and I'd suggest booking a room with a sea view. The decor won't suit everyone, but it certainly gives you something to talk about. The hotel is well worth a visit.

Lexi, Aysha, Karina, and Sophie gave us world-class service. To me, this is the best place to stay in Scotland. The food was exceptional too. Breakfast was dancing, honestly, and dinner service was so good. Thanks to Bom, Thoufeek, and Sagar for cooking for us each day. I'll definitely be back, and can't recommend this hotel enough.
