Premier Inn London Orpington Hotel

Staying here for work 23-25 days each month from early November through the end of January has made time away from home much easier. The team makes me feel welcome, and reception is friendly and makes sure I have what I need. Rooms are clean and spacious, and the food is always hot and fresh. The managers are around and help with the work, which makes a real difference compared with some places where managers just bark at busy staff. This team really sets the hotel apart from other ones I've stayed in. I'd gladly recommend it to friends and family.

The breakfast was a highlight: Dee greeted us warmly, and there was plenty to eat. The cooked food came out hot, with a nicely presented selection of fruit and continental options. We had the dinner and breakfast deal. Dinner was adequate, though we had a small problem with dessert and Aden sorted it straight away. Earlier, Aden also fixed the bath's cold water control within five minutes, and was checking that diners were happy on Thursday evening. Our room was a good size and very clean.

No parking at the Inn itself, but there's a deal with the multi-storey car park a minute away. Leaving the car there for two and a half days cost £11. Be sure to get the ticket validated at the Inn for the lower rate. We found seven staff members during our couple of nights, and every one was friendly, helpful and professional. Special mention to Dee, who made us an amazing Chicken Kebab. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and peaceful. We really enjoyed the stay.

Everything felt easy and well organised, and the staff were welcoming throughout. The room was quiet, comfortable and spotless, so I slept really well. Good value for money, just what I want from a Premier Inn. I'd happily return and recommend it.
