We couldn’t sleep after discovering bedbugs in our room in the middle of the night, around 3 a.m. We had multiple bites and clear photo and video evidence. This is unacceptable and a serious health and hygiene issue. We reported it right away and asked for a full refund, but the compensation offered didn’t match the situation. The bedbugs were distressing enough, and the lack of a proper resolution made it worse. I’m sharing this to alert future guests, so check your room carefully before staying here.

Avoid this place. We arrived at the partner hotel and were told our reservation had been cancelled, and that this hotel was 15 minutes away. It turned out to be a 30-minute drive. The place was awful, dirty, loud, and mouldy.

Some of the staff were okay to deal with, and the rooms themselves were okay. The location was okay too. But there was karaoke in the kitchen from 9 p.m. until 2 a.m. in the overspill section, while people were trying to sleep. There’s free internet, though it’s confusing which router to use and which password is right. CCTV cameras on every landing didn’t feel reassuring. You’re told to call a number if you need help, and the person who answered did help with the internet. The cleaning staff seemed pleasant, but there’s no one on site to ask for advice or help when checking in. The overspill part of the guesthouse has a cockroach infestation, though the guesthouse rooms might have been okay. The whole setup felt dodgy. It’s listed under one name but called something else when you arrive. However cheap it is, avoid it if you can. One of the worst places I’ve ever visited.

The room we eventually got was completely different from what we’d booked. We reserved a double but were given a room with three beds. It was dirty and unhygienic, and later that night, around 3:00 a.m., we found bedbugs. We were bitten all over, in pain and itching, and couldn’t sleep. We have photos and videos of both the bedbugs and the room’s condition as evidence. This is a serious health issue, and we strongly request a full refund. The property should be reviewed and not offered to guests until these problems are properly fixed. Getting to the room was difficult from the start. We went to house number 355 as instructed, entered the code, and called to confirm the room number. The man on the phone said that wasn’t the right place and told us to go to 255 instead. He was rude and shouted at us. We had to walk about 6-7 minutes to the other location, where the same key didn’t work and nobody was there to help. We called again, and the man kept shouting and behaving disrespectfully. The whole experience was awful: rude communication, unclean conditions, and bedbugs. We never expected this.
