Atlas Oxford House

The room we were given was nothing like the double room we’d booked. It had three beds, and it was dirty and unhygienic. At around 3:00 a.m., we found bedbugs and were covered in bites. We were in pain and itching, and couldn’t sleep. We have photos and videos of the bugs and the room, and are asking for a full refund because this is a serious health issue. I don’t think the property should be offered to guests until these problems are fixed. Getting there was a mess too. We were told to go to number 355, entered the code, then called to check our room number. The man on the phone said we were at the wrong place and had to go to 255. He shouted at us and was very rude. After walking about 6-7 minutes, we reached 255, but the same key didn’t work and nobody was there to help. We called again, and he kept shouting and treating us disrespectfully. The whole stay was awful. We never expected such rude communication, poor conditions, and bedbugs.
