Comfortable rooms at Crescent Hall-OXFORD - Campus Accommodation

The location is one of Crescent Hall's best features: it's very handy for Templar Square and the bus to university or the city centre. By comparison, Paul Kent is farther away, and buses are often full by the time they get there, so you aren't left waiting in the cold and rain. The rooms are small, and in B Block the facilities are shared and mixed. If you end up with a good group of people, that shouldn't be a problem. It's good value for money. The building is old but has character, and you spend so little time there that you may not mind: sleep, shower, eat, work out or work, then study at university. There's affordable Chinese food up the road, with an easy meal for under a tenner.

Rooms are small, but they're enough for a student, and it's the best and cheapest place to stay in Oxford. You share the kitchen and bathroom with six people, with two toilets and two bathrooms, cleaned weekly. The best bit is the free bus pass from Brookes, and the bus stop is only 50 metres away, so getting a bus is easy.

The good thing is there's a security man who walks around and is ready to help. The accommodation itself needs a lot of repairs, including the kitchen and toilets, and some rooms have mould.

It's cosy and not bad, though the rooms are quite small.
