The room was roomy and spotless, and we felt at ease from the moment we arrived. Luli was especially lovely, so kind and welcoming, and took the time to point us toward good places to see around Oxford. We had a really relaxing stay and would gladly come back.

The room felt a little worn, and the toilet was leaking, though hopefully that gets fixed soon. Getting from the park and ride stop to the hotel in a wheelchair was difficult because there were no dropped kerbs, so we had to travel in the road. The accessible room also felt cramped, and without bars on the bathroom door it was hard for a disabled person to close it. We had to unplug the heater to connect the electric wheelchair, which would have been worse in colder weather.

Julie at reception deserves a special thank you. I left my gold earrings behind after our night here on 14th February 2026, and she found them and sent them to my home address. I’m very grateful for the help we received, and wish her all the best. The hotel was clean and decent, and thanks to the rest of the staff too.

A clean, comfortable room with its own bath and shower, and a very good price. It’s easy to reach and handy for a trip into Oxford, whether for the day or evening. There’s no sit-down breakfast, but the Holiday Inn is right next door for food. KFC and Greg's are there too if that’s more your thing.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was tidy and clean. We had a family room for one night at a fairly good price, and the hotel was convenient for Pear Tree park and ride. Just be aware there’s no direct path from the hotel into the park and ride.
