We made use of the spa in the morning, including the pool, sauna and jacuzzi, and found the breakfast buffet had a good range. The host greeting guests had plenty of character. The hotel sits in its own grounds a short ride from Oxford city centre, though you could walk in, and the outdoor seating was lovely in the sunshine. Free WiFi helped when the indoor signal was patchy, and the parking screen inside meant there were no extra charges. I'd recommend it.

We had a great weekend and would definitely come back. Our deluxe room had a balcony looking over the green space at the back, and the staff were lovely and attentive, especially at the bar, where drinks weren't expensive. The hotel is set back from noise, has plenty of parking, and check-in was quick and helpful. Its position makes getting in and out of Oxford easy, and it's outside the congestion zone, so there are no extra fees for that. We booked directly through the IHG App. The gym and other facilities were good to have on site. Excellent all round.

We had a friendly welcome and good service. The spa was nice, and there's pleasant outdoor seating. Oxford is an easy walk from the hotel. The air con in our room wasn't great, and being given a club bar at check-in felt a little strange.

The room was spacious and very comfortable, and there was plenty of parking around the building. The hotel looks luxurious and well looked after, with the restaurant on site being a useful bonus. Westgate Oxford is about a five-minute drive away, which is handy for the city centre. Service impressed me from the moment I arrived, and they even gave me a chocolate as a thoughtful welcome. A very good place to stay when visiting the area.

The staff were lovely and so helpful, especially the breakfast guy who makes individual coffees for guests. He was well dressed, well spoken and a real asset, five stars just for him! You can walk to the city centre, and there's plenty of parking, though it costs an extra £25 a day.
