There’s no view, but it feels welcoming and could be a handy place to duck in out of sun or rain. The new bar has a good beer selection, while the food menu is still just pizza and a few tapas. It was all good, and apparently the kitchen will offer more in the coming weeks. Recommended.

We only wanted something to take down to the beach, and the Veggie Nachos they packed up for us were outstanding. The food was a very pleasant surprise. While waiting at the bar, we saw paella going out to other tables and couldn’t help wanting some. We’ll be back to try it.

The room was clean and well equipped, though quite compact, and parking was free. We had no phone signal during our stay, but that’s not the Inn’s fault. The pub is really nice, close to a fantastic beach, and serves good quality food at reasonable prices, made with local produce. My main gripes were the awful shower pressure and how cosy the room felt.

The food was tasty, served hot, very good quality, and reasonably priced. Service was good too, with friendly staff, so I’d definitely return. The Harlyn Inn is well placed near Harlyn Beach and within easy reach of holiday parks and guest houses. There’s a decent-sized car park, and the bar and restaurant didn’t feel crowded. The interior seemed a little tired and could use a refit. It has its own accommodation, but I didn’t stay there, so can’t comment on it.
