We were so pleased with 16 Belvedere Court on our first stay that we came back this year. The apartment is brilliant, with views across the sea towards Torquay, Brixham and Paignton. Gary is friendly and very helpful. We accidentally locked ourselves out, lol, so I called him and he left a key in the safe for when we got back. Can’t wait to spend a week there!

We stayed at 8 Belvedere Court and would definitely recommend it. The apartment is beautifully decorated, finished to a high standard and has everything you could need. There were lovely views across the bay, and on arrival we found a bottle of wine, M & S biscuits, milk in the fridge and even hand sanitizer.

Belvedere Apartments is actually a mix of holiday lets and privately owned homes. Its position right by Preston beach is ideal, but I found the standard of the build disappointing. The heating is very limited and ineffective, and certainly isn’t enough for living there all year.
