Jo and Martin were cheerful, friendly hosts and made us feel very welcome over the May bank holiday weekend. The room was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated, with everything we needed. Breakfast was really nice with lots of choice. The location is great, close to a large public car park. We'd gladly return and recommend it to anyone visiting Paignton. Jo and Martin make a real effort to help every guest feel welcome, and Martin's breakfasts are fantastic. The guesthouse is in a great spot near Paignton seafront and just a short walk from the train and bus links. My room was beautifully appointed with lots of thoughtful personal touches. I had a wonderful time and will definitely return.

The boys loved having bunk beds tucked into a separate nook. Jo and Martin were wonderful hosts over our Easter stay, always happy to help, and the room had all sorts of thoughtful touches. Martin made a delicious breakfast, with options to choose from. We had a lovely couple of days.

We stayed three nights over the bank holiday. The guesthouse is close to the sea and lots of restaurants, and our room was spacious enough for two. The sound insulation seemed very good, as we heard nothing from the little kids in the next room. The only drawback is that the guesthouse has no car park of its own, so you need to allow £10 a day for paid parking.

We all loved our two-night stay, two adults and two 12-year-olds. The room was very clean, the bed really comfortable, and the layout and pretty colours made it feel homely. There were books and sweets on the stairs, plus WiFi, a big TV and tea and coffee making in the room. The instructions for getting in after hours were good, and the people were warm and friendly. We didn't choose breakfast, but saw and smelled it, and it looked delicious. It's close to the beach, local park and theatre. I'll definitely return. Thank you.
