Breakfast is very filling, and we could have more if we wanted. They also catered for my lactose intolerance and vegetarian diet, and nothing seemed too much trouble. The B&B guest house had a 5 star food rating. My husband and I are in a very neat, comfortable room at the top, and we could see the sea on our first day. There's a park in front of the B&B. I'd definitely stay here again.

On our recent second visit, we came with friends. Bryan and Janet are lovely hosts, and the breakfast is perfect with lots of choice. The rooms are bright and really clean, with plenty of drinks and toiletries provided. The location is ideal, near the beach and town centre, looking out over a beautiful park. Highly recommend, and we'll be back again this year.

Bryan and Janet were excellent hosts at this friendly guest house, and we'd definitely stay again. Breakfast was plentiful, with yoghurt, fruit juice, cereal and a full English. Our clean rooms were serviced every day. It's in a quiet spot with a big, relaxing park opposite. The beach, pier and seafront pubs are a two-minute walk away, while the main street and railway station are less than five minutes away.

Bryan and Janet were superb hosts, and Bryan knows the local area well. He suggested lots of great places to visit. My wife and I had a delicious fully vegetarian breakfast every morning. The cosy room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of drinks to make, including hot chocolate, coffee and tea, plus complimentary mints and chocolate. The B&B is centrally located in Paignton, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting.

We had an amazing three-night stay. The rooms were lovely and clean, and Bryan and Janet were both lovely hosts. Bryan's breakfasts are to die for! Very welcoming. We'll definitely stay again.
