Seacroft Guest House

We were impressed by how immaculate and fresh everything felt, and it was clear Mark and Gareth put a lot of effort into keeping their standards high. Breakfast was fantastic: we chose the time the night before, and it arrived hot and freshly cooked in the lovely dining room. Our deluxe room had a double bed and a single, with lots of light and space and a view over the pretty garden. It was spotless, with a tea station, a well laid out bathroom, a great power shower and little toiletries provided. The hosts were warm and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. The guest house is also just a few minutes from the quaint harbour and seafront.

Our first stay here, and Gareth and Mark made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. The breakfast had a good choice of cereals, plus a nicely presented cooked meal that set us up for the day. Our room was beautifully decorated, and the shower was the most powerful we’ve had on holiday. The hosts were very accommodating, and all we had to do was ask if we needed anything. We’ll definitely return. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Our only little gripe was the bathroom in the upgraded king size bed room. It was so tiny neither of us could turn around, and we had to dry off outside it after showering. Even so, we had a brilliant three night stay. Gareth and Mark gave us a lovely warm welcome and were fabulous throughout. Everything was clean, modern and finished to a high standard, breakfast was great, and the beach was only about two minutes away on foot.

Breakfast had plenty of choice and was cooked just right. Mark and Gareth were excellent hosts and happy to help with anything. The room was clean and a good size, though the bathroom and shower felt a bit small. It’s about a five minute walk to the seafront, with lots of places to eat, shops and entertainment nearby.
