St Marguerite Hotel - B&B

The full English breakfast was excellent, though I thought the sausages could be better quality. It's good value in lots of ways, and a great place to stay. We got a friendly welcome, and the location worked well for us. There's street parking as well as parking on the drive, and dogs are welcome. The clean bedroom had neutral decor and came with tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits.

Robbie and Jane, and Hercules, made us feel very welcome. The room was comfortable and breakfast superb. Thanks for the hospitality, and for the Easter card and eggs, a lovely thought. We left tired after all the walking, but had a superb stay with Robbie, Jane and Herc. We were at St Marguerite for my partner's birthday. It's a flat ten-minute walk to the beach, prom and town, and handy for the steam train, railway and bus station. We parked outside on the quiet road or on their drive. Paul and Nadia x

We had a lovely weekend at st marguerite last year for my mum's birthday. I booked two rooms, one for me and one for my mum and dad. It's a lovely place in a very good location, and the owners are so friendly. We accidentally left a couple of things behind, and they went out of their way to post them back, which I really appreciated. Amazing price, and we'd definitely recommend it.

We enjoyed our seven-night stay. The room was cleaned each day, and we were given fresh towels three times during the week. Breakfast was freshly cooked, with a good choice of cooked food, cereals and toast, plus pots of tea and coffee. Robby gave us a warm welcome and showed us to a spacious, clean room that was comfortably furnished. Thank you to Robby and Jane, and to their family pets, Hercules and Sampson.
