We booked at the last minute and found a real little gem. Tom welcomed us warmly and showed us to our room. We had a small double that was a lovely size, clean and nicely presented. We pre ordered breakfast for the next day, and I can recommend the eggs and avocado on toast. We’ll be back.

Tom and Rosie were wonderful hosts, and we’ll definitely return. The location is great, just minutes on foot from the beach and pier.

Tom was a great host at his B&B and gave us recommendations for meals out and things to do with the children. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Our room was clean, spacious and lovely, and Tom made a delicious breakfast. We also really enjoyed the choice of pastries and yoghurt. We’d definitely recommend Three palms hotel.

The beach, harbour, bus station and rail station are all only a few minutes away on foot, and Tom was a great host who couldn’t do enough for us. I’ll definitely come back on my next trip to Paington.

The room was a good size for us, nicely decorated and very clean, with a large bathroom and big shower. A charging socket by the bed would have been handy, though it wasn’t essential. Everything we needed for our break was close by. Tom and Rosie were lovely hosts.
