The full breakfast was amazing, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The coach house was great, with underfloor heating and a log burner. Logs and kindling were supplied, a nice bonus, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Fiona and James made us feel very welcome, communicated well and accommodated all our needs. We'll definitely return.

The location was really nice, with Hay-on-Wye close by again, a pretty town with lots of walks. The building and room were beautiful, and Fiona and James were ready to help with anything. Breakfast was lovely and had plenty of choice.

The room was large, clean and comfortable, and the view from the balcony was lovely when the weather was nice. In the rain, the big bay windows were great. Breakfast was excellent too. Fiona and James went above and beyond, even booking us tables at the boat pub before we arrived. We'll definitely stay again and highly recommend them. The dogs and our cat friend were lovely too.

Breakfast was the standout for us. The crumpet with bacon and syrup was unreal, and it was the best breakfast we've had at an Airbnb, better than plenty of cafes too. The garden is gorgeous, and our room was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. It's also a handy location, about a 10 minute drive to the Co-op. We'd highly recommend it and would definitely return when we're next visiting the Brecon Beacon.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony looking out onto a wonderful view. Breakfast was the most delicious and memorable meal of our whole trip. This was our favorite place to stay.
