The house is in a lovely, peaceful setting, with some beautiful walks nearby. It’s right beside the village church, whose yard was pretty with wild garlic and primroses at this time of year. From the back garden you can see the village playing field, the sea, two goats, chickens and ducks. The children helped care for the animals, which they enjoyed. We were welcomed with flowers, biscuits and chocolate, and the owners stopped by to say hello and check that all was well. The local Spar is just a couple of minutes away, with friendly staff. The North Inn pub and bus stops are only a few minutes away too. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. 😊
