A peaceful night was just what I wanted, and that’s what I got. The room was bright, roomy and clean, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious and far more than I could finish. John and his sister Judy were friendly. Thanks, John. If I’m in Cornwall again, I’ll definitely stay at Sennen Rise.

John is a very welcoming, helpful host, and the freshly made breakfast was amazingly tasty. This is a fine quality B&B, with style throughout, from the large open living area to the lovely conservatory that’s inviting in sun or rain. The linens and towels are a real step above the usual. It’s peaceful and well placed for seeing the whole southwest end of Cornwall. I can’t recommend staying here highly enough.

We had the large bedroom, with a very comfortable four poster bed and a lovely sea view. John and Judy were fabulous hosts, their home is gorgeous, and the photos don’t do it justice. John has a real eye for interiors. We decided to have dinner and were surprised by how excellent and high quality it was. Judy’s cheese board was glorious. We’d definitely return and highly recommend it.

The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, and the beds were an absolute dream. Everything was as clean as in a good hotel. It’s a luxury sort of B&B run by John and his sister, right at Land's End in Cornwall. The house is full of beautiful art, and you can see John's love for it throughout. After we had no luck finding a restaurant, John offered to cook. We chose local steak with potatoes and vegetables, followed by strawberries from the region. He can definitely cook. Breakfast was just as good and left us wanting nothing. We’ve already promised John we’ll be back.
