The owners were so kind and lovely that after two weeks I really didn’t want to leave. The farm is peaceful, with the old, partly ruined farm buildings adding to the charm. The cottage has plenty of character too, with stone walls and beams, a huge bedroom, and a bathroom just off it. It’s well equipped and very charming. Pendeen lighthouse is just down the road, with a cove and beautiful sandy beach nearby. The scenery around here is stunning, and the location makes it easy to get to other parts of Cornwall.
