At Warwick house, the full Cornish breakfast was cooked perfectly. I had a beautiful stay and would 100% recommend it. I’d stay again!

We had a great week here and would definitely choose this accommodation again if we return to Penzance. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and the breakfast was freshly made each day and delicious. Our room was cozy and clean, and despite being close to the road, it stayed quiet. The bus, train, and ferry terminal were all an easy walk away, which made the location ideal. We’d gladly recommend it.

Alison and Garrin were so kind and lovely to deal with. My partner and I stayed four nights and were delighted with the place. The rooms had plenty of space, and breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared. I’d happily recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Penzance.
