Mike made the stay great. He was helpful and pleasant, and pointed out a shortcut to the station through the park, where we saw very friendly squirrels. We were given two rooms on the same floor for the price of one, and they were clean and tidy. Our room was refreshed each day with plenty of drinks. Breakfast wasn’t an option, but we found a couple of good cafes near the station, so that was no trouble. Thanks, Mike.

The room was a good size for three, with useful facilities and everything well maintained. The hosts were friendly and knew the local area well, and the guest house is on a lovely road near the sea. We stayed Monday to Friday and had a really lovely time. The quality biscuits with the tea tray each day were a nice touch. I’d recommend Westbourne Guest House and stay again.

The waterfront was only about five minutes away, and we found good street parking. Restaurants in the city were an easy 15-20 minute stroll. We stayed in June 2019 and really enjoyed it. The room was quiet and comfortable, and there was a good range at the continental breakfast.

Mike was understanding and helpful about my medical need. He also pays attention to healthy eating and dietary requirements, and can make reasonable adjustments. The place was clean and convenient, with large, comfortable rooms and comfy beds. Breakfast included a good choice of cereals and breads.

The staff were really helpful, and there were good facilities in the room. Breakfast had plenty to choose from. It's a very friendly, polite, clean guest house, well placed for both town and seafront. If I get the chance to come back, I'll definitely stay here again. Thanks to the hosts, and wishing them continued success.
