The apartment is immaculate, beautifully equipped, and has a stunning sea view. Lou and Paul are such lovely hosts, always a pleasure to see. It’s only a few minutes’ walk into Perranporth, with its cracking beach, shops, restaurants, and pubs. We can’t wait to return. Once you’ve stayed here, you don’t need to look anywhere else!

A comfortable double bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely welcome pack made this a great place to stay. It’s dog friendly at no extra cost, and perfectly placed for everything Perranporth has to offer. There’s also a sea view.

The lounge and bedroom both have wonderful sea views, and the beach is just a five-minute walk away. We had a fab four nights in the well-equipped Penhale apt, which made a great base for exploring beautiful Cornwall. We’ll definitely come back.

Tea, coffee, and milk were provided, along with everything else we needed. The apartment was clean, tidy, and very comfortable, and the owners were welcoming and helpful. Utopia Apartments is dog friendly and well placed for reaching nearby places quickly and easily. I’d be very happy to stay again.

The sea view from both the bedroom and lounge was heavenly, and the apartment’s tranquil decor made it feel lovely to spend time in. It was spotlessly clean too. The beach and town are less than a five-minute walk away. I had a glorious week and will definitely be back.
