The Star Inn

We sat by the fire and had three or four beers. The bar manager was super friendly and made us feel welcome. I didn’t eat, though the food looked tasty, so I’ll be back to try it. Great pub in Pershore, with a warm atmosphere. Would recommend.

In the difficult weeks after Mum passed, this was just what we needed for her wake. Jaymi and his family listened to every request and went beyond what we expected. We could play Mum’s favourite music all evening, show a rolling slideshow of photos, and even have the pub’s specific pictures and design respected. No request was too much. There were so many people attending, and luckily the weather held. The food was sublime, and the whole team was considerate and incredibly helpful. I’d highly recommend The Star for events, food, or just a good time. 🩵🩵

Feeding the ducks by the riverside was a lovely treat for our little girl, and the peaceful, scenic setting made this a relaxing stop on our way to Dorset. We stayed at Pershore Rooms at The Star Inn for a couple of nights. The spotless, cosy rooms had everything we needed, though the real highlight was how warmly the family run pub welcomed us. The landlord, landlady and their family made us feel at home straight away, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. We enjoyed a delicious pub meal, followed by a hearty, freshly cooked breakfast. It really felt like home from home, and we’ll definitely return. We highly recommend Pershore Rooms and The Star Inn for a welcoming, peaceful stay.

All three of us enjoyed our meals in this very Christmasy restaurant. The food was exceptional and tasty, hats off to the chef, and the staff serving our food and drinks were lovely. We had a great afternoon 🎄🎅🎁😋
