Anne was great at keeping in touch before we arrived, and David shared some really useful travel tips. Our room was spacious, spotless, stylish and comfortable, much better than we expected. Such a warm, friendly place. One of the best B&Bs we've stayed in, and we loved it.

It feels like a little secret garden, even though you're only five minutes from Perth city centre. Annie and David were welcoming and attentive, and the home-cooked breakfast was lovely. The modern rooms and surroundings have more of a boutique hotel feel than a typical B&B. A really quality stay.

We got very wet, but Annie and David made us feel right at home and did everything they could to make our stay a good one. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, and breakfast was amazing. Thanks for having us, from the Swiss wildcampers! :p

The couple hosting us were just lovely, and their house is beautiful. We slept really well and had a superb breakfast in the morning. They also made a great impression before we even arrived with their helpful correspondence. Thoroughly recommend.

We didn't need the car at all, since the town centre is so close. Anne and David were lovely, friendly hosts, and the breakfasts were yummy. Just got back from three nights at the Kirkland and had a fab time. Loved our stay ❤️
