Breakfast was generous, good quality and had plenty of choice. The person who checked us in and served it was friendly and helpful. We also liked the quiet setting, the lovely view from the front windows, the free parking and being close to Branklyn Gardens. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and good value. It’s an easy, straightforward walk of about 10 minutes to central Perth, though I can see that distance may not work for everyone, so I’ve given the location four stars.

The bed was especially comfortable, and the room was spotless, cosy and had everything I needed. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection, nice produce and food cooked very well. The staff were attentive and friendly, and everything ran smoothly. Sunbank House Hotel has a lovely welcoming feel, and I really appreciate that it’s a small, independent family-run place. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the centre of Perth, with cafes, shops, restaurants and bars there. I had a wonderful stay and would happily come back if I need a hotel in or near Perth. We slept really well in a very comfortable bed, and despite our room facing the main road, there was no noise disturbance. The hotel is an easy short walk from the town centre. Check-in was smooth, we enjoyed the comfortable residents' lounge, and there was a wide range of breakfast options. We also overheard staff readily accommodating dietary requests. We really enjoyed our overnight stay and would definitely come back.

After a day out exploring, it was lovely to return to Sunbank House Hotel and relax by the fire with a warm drink. The gentleman working there was very welcoming and helpful, though I’m sorry I can’t remember his name. As a solo traveller, I found the room comfortable, the breakfast excellent, and the location ideal, with an easy walk into town, nearby transit and gorgeous gardens. I’d absolutely recommend it.

We stayed on October 1st last week and had a lovely, comfortable visit. It’s in a quiet location, and our room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with quality food, nicely presented and beautifully cooked. Thanks to the hotel team.
