Premier Inn Peterborough - Hampton

After a long journey from Spain, we met Brett, who got us checked in quickly and couldn't do enough to help. He joked and laughed with us, and since it was Easter he gave us cream eggs and chocolate to take to our room. We stay in hotels regularly when travelling, and it means a lot to find a staff member who goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The company could do with a few more Bretts. We had a great stay.

I had the best stay I've ever had in a Premier Inn last weekend. The staff were unusually good across the board, so kind, friendly, and attentive. Everyone in the pub and restaurant made me feel welcome whenever I went in. Brett went above and beyond. He helped me sort out the car park registration, checked availability for possible future dates, and was lovely to chat with. I look forward to staying again. The staff are a real asset here.

Breakfast was great, with everything looking fresh when I arrived at 7:30. It's a Premiere Inn, so I knew what to expect and got just that. My colleague mentioned some corridor noise the night before and that the hot water wasn't working, but it had been fixed by the time I stayed.

The rooms were clean and breakfast was good. As with most premire inn places, you know what you're getting, but my room had a fairly loud electronic buzz that woke me at random times. Mobile signal was terrible for me, so I had to use the equally teribble wifi.
