We decided on a whim to try the evening meal, and it turned out really well. Our meals were lovely, and while we waited we saw that the other plates looked good too, with generous portions. The staff were very polite and helpful.

The Sunday carvery was a highlight, the roast beef was probably some of the best I’ve ever had. It gets very busy, so booking is advised. Harbour Spring has good, very quiet rooms. There are lots of fast food places nearby as well as an on-site restaurant, and a petrol station is close. Recommended.

We usually order from the main menu here, but decided on the carvery for Sunday dinner this time and were pleasantly surprised. Only beef and turkey were left, which suited me, and I had almost all the vegetables with it. It was really nice. The staff are always lovely, and we enjoyed our visit.

No issues at all. You get what you pay for here, with rooms and service that meet an acceptable standard for the price. Can’t complain.
