It was wonderful to find somewhere where our whole wedding party could stay together. We came with family, bridesmaids and groomsmen for our wedding at Danby Castle, about 20 minutes away, and the cottages exceeded our expectations. Everyone was delighted with their clean cottage, the amenities and the lovely welcome packs. The setting and location were beautiful, and everyone kept commenting on them. Jeremy also let us use the beautiful garden for a BBQ the day after the wedding, with extra guests who weren’t staying at the cottages, so we could keep celebrating. We really appreciated that and will definitely be back!

A lovely little black cat welcomed us and showed us around. We’d just got home from a fantastic weekend at Craven Garth Cottages, a superb place for a quiet escape and walks in The North Yorkshire Moors. The cottage was very clean, had everything we needed, and the beds were really comfortable. The welcome pack was a lovely touch after a long journey. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the cottages and can’t wait to return.

It was an ideal getaway for our family of four and our two collies. The owners are extremely friendly, and the properties are well cared for. We had an excellent time at Cravern Garth Cottages and would recommend it. We’ll be returning as a family.

A real gem. This was our second stay at the Craven Garth, and it lived up to our expectations again. Cosy, comfortable and well equipped. We’ll be back to switch off and recharge!

A fantastic place to stay in the Yorkshire Dales, with great walks and pubs nearby and the coast about half an hour away. The hosts are friendly and know the area well. I’d highly recommend it.
