Kerry is the heart of Arrandale. We had a hearty breakfast, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Arrandale was spotless and a very comfortable place for our excellent two night stay. No one will be disappointed staying at the Arrandale House.

The hosts made our visit especially nice. They were warm, welcoming and accommodating. The house itself was comfortable and lovely, with private grounds and beautiful scenery. It's also well placed for walking anywhere in Pitlochry.

Kerry and William made every part of our visit feel special. Their warm Highland welcome and care for guests turned a stay in a beautiful Victorian house into something memorable. The rooms were immaculate, comfortable and elegant, with original Victorian details kept alongside modern amenities. The breakfast was beautifully prepared with local produce and made for a wonderful start to the day. Arrandale House has a picturesque setting and a remarkable sense of history. Its original decor has been carefully preserved, and the attention to detail is clear as soon as you walk in. Kerry and William are exceptional hosts, making guests feel valued and looked after with real dedication. I'd wholeheartedly recommend Arrandale House to anyone looking for Victorian grandeur, historic character and wonderful hosting. Kerry and William, thank you for an unforgettable stay. Your warmth and care set a high standard. Tom and Andrea.

We only booked four days at Arrandale House to celebrate my birthday, but Kerry and William made it really special. My other half had called ahead without telling me. There were flowers in our room, which I first thought were from the hosts, but they were from David. Kerry also arranged a cake with candles and a happy birthday song over morning tea. They made us feel at home from the first day until we left. The house was gorgeous, and the view was stunning whatever the weather. The hosts were wonderful, the accommodation brilliant, and breakfast was filling, tasty, perfectly cooked and presented. I also had the best black pudding I've tasted in a long time. If I could give more than five stars, I'd give at least ten. Kerry and William, we've booked for August and look forward to seeing you again. Thank you for my birthday. Suzie and David

My fiance and I stayed here in October. The Scottish breakfast was the best we had on our trip, and our room was lovely and comfortable with a gorgeous view. The house and grounds are beautiful, and the owners are the sweetest, friendliest couple. I hope we get the chance to return to Scotland and stay here again.
