The host communicated clearly, with helpful instructions and quick replies whenever we needed anything. The property was spacious, well maintained and just as described, with thoughtful details that made it feel more like a home than a rental. Our family found it spotless, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It’s ideally placed near everything Pitlochry has to offer, while still feeling peaceful at the end of the main street.

James and his wife made us feel at home as soon as we arrived at Atholl Villa Guest House. They were so welcoming and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble as they made sure we were comfortable. The room was lovely, the accommodation beautiful, and the central location was perfect for exploring the area. Breakfast was divine, such a treat every morning. We’ve already booked for next year and can’t wait to return. Thanks again for a special stay that was everything we hoped for and more. Llana & Gary.

We were in town for the Theatre and stayed overnight with two friends. Catherine & James were so welcoming and helpful, and we had a brilliant room. Breakfast was delicious too. A super stay with a lovely couple. Thanks so much to you both, and hope to see you again. X.

On our first visit to Pitlochcry, we found Atholl Villa Guest House welcoming, friendly and easy to reach on foot from the city centre and dining options. There was ample parking as well. Our room and toilet were clean and ready at check-in, with heaters in both the room and bathroom. They didn’t make the room overly warm, but kept it pleasantly comfortable. Scottish breakfast was served daily, with different choices each day, plus drinks, fruit and yoghurt. A great start to the day.

Nothing to fault at this lovely B&B. We slept very comfortably in the apartment room and had a delicious freshly cooked breakfast in the morning.
