We’ve just got home after two nights at Beinn Bhracaigh, and we were amazed by the quality of both the guesthouse and the service. Tom was a fantastic host and gave us tips on local places to see. Breakfast was included in the price and was a real highlight. There was a big choice of meals and drinks, plus bread, cereals, fruit and yoghurts to help ourselves to. I had the small cooked breakfast both mornings, which was plenty and kept me going until an early dinner before the Enchanted Forrest. My husband loved the pancakes with crispy bacon on the first morning. Our room had plenty of tea, coffee and hot chocolate, with more supplies in the shared lounge. There were board games and DVDs to borrow there too. The honesty bar was well stocked with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. You just record what you take, then pay at checkout. The guesthouse is about a 10-minute walk from Pitlochry town centre and the Enchanted Forrest pickup point. I’d highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip here.

Tom made us feel so welcome. He’s genuinely engaging, a really nice person, and went out of his way to make sure everything was right. He also had loads of useful local information. We were glad we had the chance to stay at Ben Bhracaigh and hope to return sometime. The guesthouse was spotless, comfortable and quiet, with beautiful views over the valley. It’s about a 10-minute walk into town, where there are several good places to eat. Breakfast had a great choice and the food was delicious. We’d happily recommend it.

The beds were so comfortable, and the whole place was spotless. It’s peaceful here, though still only a 5/10-minute walk into town. We hope to come back. The hosts are welcoming and helpful, and the house is stunning, with lovely attention to detail. There’s a communal lounge with lots of board games, an honesty bar with an excellent range of drinks, and a pleasant garden seating area. Breakfast was just right, with lots to choose from, especially the pancakes. The breakfast room had a beautiful view, and so did our room.

Tom was a gracious host and gave us great advice. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and the stay at Beinn Bhracaigh was comfortable and quiet from beginning to end. I hope to return soon!

The breakfast was the best we had on our whole trip, and the porridge with Whisky was unforgettable! We spent one night at this beautiful, comfortable B&B and both wished we’d stayed longer. Don’t miss the honesty bar, with local whisky, gin and beers.
