Carla and her family have always made us feel welcome. Calling her “Devon's second mum” almost undersells it. Her care and attention to detail are wonderful, and every member of the family clearly helps keep the house spotless and up to the highest standards. If you’re going to Plymouth, this would be my first choice. I wouldn’t look elsewhere now. Thank you for everything, Carla! The guesthouse is right in the Hoe, on a quiet street opposite a small park. There’s a pub 150 yards away, by the waterfront, with clear sea views and a chance to watch all the traffic in the bay. From the food to all the basics, there’s nothing negative to say about this beautiful place. Carla and her family are the unsung heroes of Plymouth Town.

I really enjoyed staying at this beautiful place. The room was spotless, the service was lovely, and there are nice restaurants and the seafront right on the doorstep.

Dad, the dog and I had a lovely stay. We had a good night's sleep in the twin beds, and the room was pleasant with everything we needed. The shower and toilet were handy, with doors to close them off. It was a lovely walk along the sea edge to get there.

We had a lovely twin room for my mum and me, and the internal features were lovely too. The beds were comfortable, and the walk-in shower was handy. There were tea and coffee supplies, plus nice little extras in the bathroom like shower gel, a sewing kit and a shower hat. Free WiFi was available, and we could buy tickets for on-street parking. The location near the Hoe was great, and it was very quiet. Breakfast was delivered to the room, and they catered for me really well as a celiac. We’ll definitely visit again.
