The room was quiet, the beds were really comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. We had a great family stay. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to sort out a different room after we’d been allocated the wrong one. Thank you!

We keep returning to this Premier Inn because our stays have been consistently good. Cassidy deserves a special mention for making visits easy and comfortable, and for dealing with any problems quickly and thoughtfully. The hotel is clean and well kept, and the staff are understanding and welcoming to neurodivergent guests. That care makes a real difference to us.

Kerry really made this stay for me. She checked me in at 3.30pm, helped with my bags up the one flight of stairs, and was still just as cheerful and polite when we chatted around 10.30pm. She made me feel like a five-star guest, and she’s a real asset to the company. My Premier Plus room was just right, the coffee was lovely, and she brought more pods and replenished the chocolates and water when I asked. I was offered help making a restaurant reservation, though I already had plans elsewhere. The location isn't ideal for me since I like to explore the area, but I’d return for the service.

Kirsty left us a lovely note and biscuits after our late arrival at midnight, following car trouble and a dreadful journey. She’d closed the curtains and turned on the heating, which worked that first night, and it was a lovely way to end the day. The staff at both the Premier Inn and Beefeater were very friendly. The heater in room 19 stopped working on our second night, and another review mentioned the same issue in a different room, so it needs attention as the rooms get very cold. They brought us a small fan heater straight away, though. We’d highly recommend the place.
