The location is fantastic if you want to explore Plymouth, and I had a great night’s sleep. The lovely lady who runs the place is welcoming and cooks a great breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble, and I’d have no hesitation recommending a stay.

The owner made our stay special. She was warm, friendly, and knew the area well. We really enjoyed meeting her and staying at the property, and only wished we had more time there. We’d happily return. The place and its location were both lovely.

Jan, who owns the Rusty Anchor, was so lovely, and breakfast was delicious. She made sure nothing felt like too much trouble. I’d gladly stay again if I’m back in the area. The place deserves to be full all year round.

The rooms were spotless and had a brilliant view, and the food was tasty and exactly as requested. Our host was welcoming and went out of her way to help. It had everything I’d want from a bed and breakfast. Just perfect.
